- Vendors lost their interest in creating innovative new solutions since competition was lost as one of the main driving forces;
- Only 60% of the business applications were capable of running outside the cloud since all others used cloud-specific API’s;
- Consultants were no longer needed since customers were perfectly capable of handling IT themselves.
