		<description>Gabrie, while we have generally not been able to justify attending VMworld EU in the past, I have to agree with Doug Hazelman: this decision really does make it difficult for the smaller vendors who participate in the VMware ecosystem to cover both.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;That said, from VMware&#039;s point of view, each VMworld event is a major disruption to the company&#039;s &#039;regular&#039; business, and generally requires a lot of separate preparation ... particularly by product managers and developers.  If, by making the two events coincide they&#039;ve contained the effort, I would at least understand some of the rationale.  I don&#039;t believe it&#039;s a good decision for either the vendors or the attendees... but I would understand it.</description>

		<description>I suspect this is to save VMware resources. Think of the time it takes to prepare labs, presentations. When they are apart people expect them to be different. Together they can take 1 month out of their lives and cover the lot, then get back to business. Looks like cost saving exercise to be, keeping all those people focused on developing and sellling.</description>
